This policy describes how NoveraIQ handles information submitted through the website at noveraiq.net. This policy concerns the public website and its inquiry form, not any separate laboratory software application or patient data processing.

When you contact us or request a demo, we may receive your name, work email, organization, laboratory type, and the message you choose to send. Please do not submit patient information, protected health information, passwords, or other sensitive laboratory records through this form.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, understand your requested services, and maintain records of business communications.

Service providers

Our contact form uses Web3Forms to process and deliver submissions. Email may be forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our email inbox. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical information needed to operate and secure the site. These providers may process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

Website technologies

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may generate ordinary technical requests and logs through hosting and security infrastructure. We do not currently describe any optional analytics or advertising cookies in this policy; this section should be updated before such tools are enabled.

Retention and sharing

We retain inquiries as reasonably needed to respond and manage business communications, and delete them when no longer necessary, subject to applicable requirements. We do not sell information submitted through the contact form. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting website and email operations, or where legally required.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, by emailing contact@noveraiq.net.

Security

We use third-party hosting and form services to operate the site. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
